Your Complaint/Concern
Good morning. As someone who would've worked with the NTC in previous months in the VSP workshops and validation, I have some concerns from myself and colleagues that work with the team as well. 1. Dress code of facilitators need to be looked at, especially the females. 2. It seems as though some facilitators forget the purpose why they are there and doesn't seem to be interested in the VSP and it shouldn't be since this is an important program. 3. Few facilitators doesn't seem to want to be corrected or take advice from colleagues, especially 2 team leads. 4. The attitude of one short female isn't good at all and her behavior in public, as a rep of NTC, shouldn't be acceptable. 5. Communication seem to be lacking with some teams. 6. Some residents, according to colleagues, complained that the facilitators aren't involved as they should be and have a boring presentation. Not encouraging. 7. The NTC should take another look into this and have persons that are passionate about this project since the collaboration with CI to make this happen is one that should be cherished and highly respected. 8. Some facilitators do their tasks well but these flaws of the others discourage them.
